We are informed that pursuant to our Order dated 05.11.2024, the petitioner has been examined at the Army Hospital (R&R), New Delhi and has been found fit for appointment. 2.

In view of the above report, we dispose of this petition by directing the respondents to process the case of the petitioner for appointment to the post of Constable (General Duty) in accordance with their advertisement for the post of Constable (GD) in Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs), NIA, SSF & Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles Examination, 2021.
