We are informed that pursuant to our Order dated 05.11.2024, the petitioner has been examined at the Army Hospital (R&R), New Delhi and has been found fit for appointment. 2.
In view of the above report, we dispose of this petition by directing the respondents to process the case of the petitioner for appointment to the post of Constable (General Duty) in accordance with their advertisement for the post of Constable (GD) in Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs), NIA, SSF & Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles Examination, 2021. In case the petitioner is found eligible, the consequential order shall be passed within a period of four weeks from The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
