After hearing arguments for some time, Mr. Kirtiman Singh, learned Senior counsel for petitioner, on instructions, submits that without prejudice to their rights and contentions, the petitoner does not press the present petition and as per the instructions received, the petitioner would file an Objection Petition before the learned Executing Court and also make a request to the learned Executing Court to not issue any further coercive process till the disposal of the said Objection Petition.

The petitioner is always at liberty to resort to any such judicial recourse, as available and permissible under law. 3.

Needless to say, in case any such Objection Petition is filed, the same would be considered in accordance with law, without being influenced by the observations appearing in the impugned order dated 08.05.2025.
