The aforesaid two Applications have been filed in the above two matters to withdraw the Appeals in view of the Settlement Deed dated 22.12.2025.

Learned Counsel for the Respondent has appeared on advance Notice. 3.
In view of the Settlement Deed dated 22.12.2025, the two Applications are allowed and the above two Regular Second Appeals are permitted to be withdrawn.

Both the Applications stand disposed of accordingly. RSA 229/2023 & RSA 235/2023 5.
The terms of the Settlement are yet to be implemented. 6.
In view of the aforesaid, the amount deposited in the Court cannot be directed to be released at this stage, but the Appellant is at liberty to seek the release after the Settlement is honoured.

The two Appeals stand disposed of accordingly along with the pending Application(s).
