This petition has been filed by the Decree Holder praying for the assistance of this Court in enforcing the decree passed by this Court vide its Judgement dated 01.08.2024 passed in CS(OS) 452/2019 titled Tani Sandhu Bhargava v. Shumita Didi Sandhu in favour of the Decree Holder and by issuing warrants of possession qua the property, being Ground Floor of Block No.172, Plot No. 202, Jor Bagh, New Delhi-110003.

Admittedly, there is no interim Order passed staying the operation of the said Judgment till date.

The Judgment Debtor has also not handed over the possession of the above referred property to the Decree Holder in compliance with the Judgment of this Court dated 01.08.2024. 4.

Decree Holder and against the Judgment Debtor with respect to the above mentioned property.
