The present petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, seeks the following prayers: - "1. To initiate contempt proceedings against the respondent for willful disobedience of the order dated 19.05.2025.

2. Pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent/MCD submits that tender for improvement and development of the road in question has been accepted by the competent authority and the work order shall be issued by the coming week. It is further pointed out that the timeline as per the tender is 120 days.
