This is a suit for recovery valued at Rs.30 lakhs. Ld. counsel for parties submit that defendant is located at Lajpat Nagar which falls under the jurisdiction of District, South-East Delhi hence seek transfer of present case to District, South-East Delhi. In view of orders passed by Hon'ble the Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (South-East), Saket, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (South-East), Saket, Delhi on 14.04.2016.

Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.
