The present petition under Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act seeks the following prayers:- "a) Issue notice of contempt against the Respondents for violation of the orders dated 09.01.2023 and 17.05.2023 passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.(C) No. 17614/2022;

b) Initiate the contempt proceedings against the Respondents for violation of the orders dated 09.01.2023 and 17.05.2023 passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.(C) No. 17614/2022; and c) Pass any other or further order that this Hon'ble Court may deem fit."

Engineer, Building Department, Narela Zone, Municipal Corporation of Delhi has been placed on record wherein it has been recorded as under:- "2. That the Hon'ble Court vide its order dated 30/04/2025 directed the answering respondent to file status report. In this regard it is submitted that complete demolition action was done on 14/12/2023 at the property, during which three shops and a partly demolished shop was completely demolished.

3. That the property lies in the demolished stage at present. No new construction has been found at the property since then. Present photographs of the property are annexed as Annexure-R-1." 4.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.
