A Petition under Section 528 BNSS, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner challenging the Order dated 21.07.2025 passed by the learned JMFC, New Delhi, whereby the cost of Rs.20,000/- has been imposed on the Petitioner and a Show Cause has been issued for misleading the Court by misrepresenting about the Order passed by this Court in the Application and in submissions advance at Bar.
