By this application, the petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 02.04.2014 to the extent that the petitioner was required to furnish surety in the sum of Rs.10,000/-, which is now sought to be substituted by personal bond with cash security of Rs.10,000/-. The fact that the petitioner has not been able to avail of the furlough shows the circumstances of the petitioner.

Accordingly, the application is allowed. The petitioner is directed to furnish personal bond with cash surety in the sum of Rs.10,000/- to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. All other terms & conditions of the order

dated 02.04.2014 shall remain unchanged. Additionally, it is directed that the petitioner shall report at the local police station once every week, i.e. on Monday at 11:00 a.m.
