This suit is instituted on behalf of the Plaintiff inter alia seeking a decree of permanent injunction restraining the Defendant and all others acting on its behalf from manufacturing, packaging, selling, offering for sale, advertising and dealing, in any manner whatsoever, with the impugned mark/label / or any other mark which may be identical and/or deceptively similar to Plaintiff's trademarks/labels TODAY STAR/TODAY PREMIUM/ / , amounting to CS(COMM) 741/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. infringement of Plaintiff's registered trademarks. 2.

During the pendency of the suit, parties were referred for mediation before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, where they have amicably settled their inter se disputes and executed a Settlement Agreement dated 23.03.2026, incorporating the terms of settlement, copy of which has been placed on record.

Court has perused the terms of settlement and finds the same to be lawful. Accordingly, the suit is decreed in terms of the settlement. The Settlement Agreement shall form a part of the decree and terms thereof shall bind the parties thereto.

Registry is directed to draw up the decree sheet. 5.

Suit along with pending application stands disposed of. 6.

Plaintiff is held entitled to refund of entire court fees in accordance with Court Fees Act, 1870.
