The petitioner has approached this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 28.04.2023 vide which he has been transferred from 25th BN, SSB, Ghitorni, Delhi to SSB, RTC, Alwar, Rajasthan. The petitioner also assails the relieving order dated 05.07.2024 vide which he has been relieved from 25th BN, SSB, Ghitorni, Delhi. 4.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner who is present in Court, submits that the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. petitioner would be satisfied in case he is granted 15 days further time to join at his place of posting in Alwar, Rajasthan in terms of the impugned order.

Learned counsel for the respondents who appears on advance notice, on instructions, fairly does not oppose this limited prayer of the petitioner. 6.

In light of the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of by granting the petitioner time till 24.08.2024 to report at his place of posting SSB, RTC, Alwar, Rajasthan.
