% 07.01.2016 It is submitted that subject matter involved in this case is less than the pecuniary jurisdiction of this Court, thus, the same has to be transferred to the District Court in view of the notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015 under Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015.

It is further submitted that petition may be transferred to the District Judge (Shahdara District), Karkrdooma Courts, Delhi. Ordered accordingly. Parties shall appear before the District Judge (Shahdara District), Karkrdooma Courts, Delhi on 5th February, 2016. File be transferred by the Registry to the transferee court forthwith.
