The impugned order is on the ground that the Surviving Member Certificate was not produced before the concerned Authority and, therefore, the document in question was refused to be registered. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the aforesaid deficiency as of now has now been fulfilled and the petitioner is in the possession of the aforesaid certificate.

Let the petitioner to apply afresh, and, on doing so, let the respondents to take the necessary steps with due expedition. 4.

If for any reason, the document is not registered, let the respondents to assign the reasons in writing.
