Vide order dated 09.10.2025, the Hon'ble Court has, inter alia, directed as under:- ".....

It is made clear that the amount of Rs.5,75,601/- as deposited along with accrued interest in terms of the order passed on 05.12.2023 shall be released by the Registry to the respondent herein to its representative in the presence of its counsel forthwith.

For this purpose, the matter is listed before the concerned Registrar on 30.10.2025....."

As per office report, an amount of Rs.5,75,601/- is lying deposited in this case in the form of an FDR.

Learned counsel for the respondent has requested that the aforesaid amount may be released to respondent in terms of the aforesaid order passed by the Hon'ble Court. representative of the respondent at the time of releasing the amount by the registry for the purpose of his verification and identification. 4.

In view of the above, Registrar (B&A) is directed to release the amount of Rs.5,75,601/- along with accrued interest to the respondent in terms of order dated 09.10.2025 passed by the Hon'ble Court after due verification and receipt.
