Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-MCD on advance instructions submits that on 28.03.2024 an order of demolition has already been passed.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, however submits that earlier copy of the same was not supplied to the petitioner and the same was supplied only on 09.08.2024. It is thus seen that against the order of demolition dated 28.03.2024, there is alternate remedy to challenge the same before the Appellate Tribunal - Municipal Corporation of Delhi (AT-MCD).

The petitioner is, therefore, relegated to the said remedy. 4.

Let the appropriate steps be taken to challenge the said order in accordance with law.
