The present petition has been filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking urgent interim measures to secure the amount awarded in favour of the Petitioner in terms of an Arbitral Award dated 27.05.2025.

Learned counsel appearing for the parties are ad idem that an Enforcement Petition has already been preferred and which is pending adjudication before the concerned Court in Surat, Gujarat. 3.
