The present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, has been filed on behalf of the petitioner, praying as follows: "1. Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other writ/ order or direction directing the respondent no 1 to add 30 marks to the Petitioner's result in "mathematics"/ applied mathematics and declare results afresh.

The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

ii. Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other writ/ order or direction directing the respondent no 1 to consider the representation of the Petitioner and give a reasoned reply and add 30 marks to the Petitioner's result in "mathematics" I applied mathematics and declare results afresh.

iii. Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other writ/ order or direction directing the respondent no 2 to consider the petitioner's case for admission based on the reconsideration/redeclaration/ verification of the Petitioner's CUET results/Petitioner's result m "mathematics"/ applied mathematics even after the cut off dates for admission.

iv. Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other writ/ order or direction directing the respondent no 1 to verify the marks of the petitioner herein and add marks to the Petitioner's result in "mathematics"/ applied mathematics and declare results afresh after verification with their declared answer sheet."

Issue notice. Mr. Sanjay Khanna, learned Standing Counsel accepts notice on behalf of respondent no. 1 and Mr. Mohinder JS Rupal, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of respondent no. 2. 5.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that the representation of the petitioner, which is pending before the respondents, has not yet been decided yet and there is urgency in the present matter. 6.

Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, the respondents are directed to treat the present writ petition as a representation, on behalf of the petitioner, which is to be decided expeditiously by 13.08.2024, under intimation to the petitioner herein. 7.

Furthermore, the petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court again, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

if any grievance arises.

No further relief is prayed for.
