O R D E R

% 25.01.2016 By order dated 23.03.2012, the appellant insurance company was directed to deposit the awarded amount with up-to-date interest whereupon the execution was to remain stayed. Upon the deposit so made the Registrar General was directed to hold it in fixed deposit receipt initially for one year to be renewed from time to time.

The appeal of the insurance company with cross-objections were decided by judgment dated 19.01.2015. The deposited amount shall be dealt with in terms of the impugned judgment read with judgment of this Court in appeal.
