% 05.10.2016 CM No.28144/2016 Respondent No.1 is present in Court along with his counsel and he submits that he has already taken an artificial limb. It is further submitted that he has taken loan for marriage of his sister and, therefore, the second FDR for Rs.1,49,293/- due on 16th March, 2023 be permitted to be prematurely discharged.

The application is allowed and UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch is directed to prematurely discharge FDR No.15530310523797 for Rs.1,49,239/- due to mature on 16th March, 2023. The maturity amount be released to respondent No.1 by transferring the same to his savings bank account.

Copy of this order be given dasti to learned counsels for the parties under signature of Court Master.
