The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying as under:

"a) Direct the Respondent no.l for the correction of vending site of the petitioner in the list of 628 prepared by the respondent no.l as the address was wrongly given as a Near shop no.l36 Sarojini Nagar Market instead of backside of shop no.17, Sarojini Nagar Market."

According to the petitioner, his vending site has been incorrectly recorded in the list prepared by the respondent. The petitioner states that he has annexed the representation made to the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the representations made by the petitioner would be decided. 4.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of by directing the concerned authorities to decide the petitioner's representation as expeditiously as possible, and in any event within a period of eight weeks from today.
