The present petition filed under Section 447 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 20231 (formerly Section 407 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 19732) seeks transfer of SC No.

11656/2023, pending adjudication before the Court of ASJ, POCSO Court, South East District, Saket Courts, New Delhi, to any other court having competent jurisdiction. The said case emanates from FIR No. 628/20203 registered under Sections 363, 376, 370 and 370A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and, Sections 3, 4 and 5 of the Immoral Traffic Prevention Act, 1956, at P.S. Govindpuri. 2.

he is not seeking any inter district transfer but an intra district transfer and therefore, he seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the concerned Principal District and Sessions Judge, seeking transfer of the case within the same district. 3.
