Along with this application, the Petitioner has annexed the copy of a communication dated 19th August, 2024, issued by Respondents, granting extension for supply of Life Saving Drugs at L1 rate to the Petitioner w.e.f. 1st August, 2024 for a period of six months, till 31st January, 2025, or till finalisation of tender by MSO and finalization of rate enquiry by CGHS MSD, whichever is earlier.

In light of the above development, counsel for the Petitioner states that the grievance urged in the present petition stands redressed and he has instructions to withdraw the same.
