The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to decide the application of the petitioner bearing no. 3509570, dated 20th March, 2017, seeking registration of the mark 'Knock out'. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the application of the petitioner has been decided by the Registrar of Trademarks. 3.

Thus, he submits that his grievance stands satisfied. 4.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of, recording the aforesaid.
