This petition has been filed by the petitioners, challenging the Orders dated 10.09.2024 and 03.01.2025 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as the, 'Tribunal') in CP No.717/2023 in O.A. No.2465/2022, titled Utkarsh Bhardwaj v. Shri Naresh Kumar & Ors.

Once the Contempt Petition has been disposed of, we find that the present petition raises only an academic issue, which we refuse to entertain.

The petition is accordingly dismissed. The pending application is also disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
