He states that thereafter, there has been no appearance on behalf of the Petitioner on 23.09.2024, 20.01.2025 and 21.03.2025. He states that this Court on 20.01.2025 had observed that in case, there is no appearance on behalf of the Petitioner the matter will stand dismissed for non-prosecution. 5.
