Learned Counsel for the parties submit that the parties have amicably resolved their disputes and in pursuance thereof, a banker's cheque in the sum of Rs. 4,00,000/- dated 22.09.2025 bearing instrument no. 348867 has been handed over by the learned Counsel for the Respondent No. 2 to the learned Counsel for the Petitioner today who acknowledges the receipt thereof.

2.1 Learned Counsel for the Respondent No.2 undertakes that the cheque shall be honoured on presentation.

A copy of the same has also been handed across to the Court today. The Registry is directed to scan and upload the same so that it remains embedded in the case file.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner, on instruction from the Petitioner, states that he has no further disputes or claims against the Respondents.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner submits that since the matter between the parties stands settled, nothing survives for further adjudication in the matter.

Accordingly, and in view of the settlement, learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks and is granted liberty of the Court to withdraw the present Petition.

Subject to the realisation of the aforesaid amount, the Petition stands disposed of as settled, the parties are directed to abide by the terms of the Settlement.
