Counsel for the respondent states that if the petitioner appears before the respondent/ New Delhi Municipal Corporation ('NDMC'), with the original challans for the purpose of verification of their claim, for identification or inclusion in the survey of street vendors, the claim can be dealt with in accordance with law.

In such an eventuality, accepting the statement made to the aforesaid effect by the counsel for respondent, we permit the petitioner to appear on 11th August 2025 at 11:00 AM before the Director (Enforcement), NDMC The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. with original challans first to verify and establish their claim in support of their prayer for issuance of vending certificate/ for inclusion in survey. 3.

Needless to clarify that it shall be open for petitioner to approach afresh in case a fresh cause to that effect arose. 5.
Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
