Vide the present petition, petitioner has assailed the order dated 03.12.2009 whereby the Principal Judge, Family Court, Dwarka had fixed maintenance @ Rs.4,000/- per month each in favour of the respondent and her son, i.e., totalling Rs.8,000/- per month from the date of filing of the said petition.

It was further directed that the payment, if any, made by the petitioner towards maintenance of the respondent and her son as per order of any other Court shall be adjusted against the maintenance awarded in the said case. 3.

During the pendency of this petition, petitioner and the respondent have settled the matter, which is recorded in order dated 08.12.2015. As per the settlement the petitioner agreed to pay an amount of Rs.4,50,000/- in

favour of the respondent as full and final settlement. 4.

Respondent is personally present in Court does not dispute that she has received an amount of Rs.4,00,000/- on 31.01.2016 and Rs.50,000/- by way of a cheque being no. 277928 dated 31.01.2016 drawn on Dena Bank in her favour today in the Court.

Since as per the settlement, the amount has been paid to the respondent, she has no objection if the present petition is disposed of as settled.

It is ordered accordingly.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.

Crl. M.A. Nos. 5146/2010 and 752/2015 Dismissed as infructuous.
