None was present for the petitioners when the matter was listed before the Joint Registrar on 04.12.2018, 26.03.2019, 22.07.2019, 25.09.2019 and steps have also not been taken by the petitioners in terms of various directions issued by the Court from time to time. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent has already obtained possession of the tenanted premises on 08.08.2012 in execution proceedings.

Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
