CM APPL. 58947/2025 (on behalf of the petitioner for modification of order dt. 29-07-2025) 1.

By way of the present application, the petitioner/applicant has brought to the attention of this Court, a corrigendum letter dated 20.08.2025, issued by the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD). The same reads as under: "CORRIGENDUM Sub:- Regarding GBM site at Netaji subhash Chandra MCD Park, Ashok Vihar, Ph-II, Pocket-B, KPZ. (Lat: 28.6981827, Long: 77.1789456) Area:147 sq. ft.

Refer to this office permission letter no. AC / RPC / MCD / 2025/ D-576 dated 04.07.2025.

In this regard, it is to inform that in the said permission letter, wrong address of the GBM site has been mentioned inadvertently. Therefore, the below mentioned address should read as the correct address of this site.

Incorrect address:- MCD Park, Ashok Vihar, Ph- II, Pocket-A, KPZ. Correct Address:- Ashok Vihar Ph- II, Near Pocket - B, Netaji Subhash Chandra Park, KPZ.

All other content of the permission shall remain the same. This issue with the approval of Competent Authority." 2.

In light thereof, the present application has been moved seeking that the correct address as per the aforesaid corrigendum letter be reflected in the order dated 29.07.2025 and the said order be modified accordingly. 3.

Considering the averments made in the application and in view of the aforesaid corrigendum letter, the correct address viz. Ashok Vihar Ph- II, Near Pocket - B, Netaji Subhash Chandra Park, KPZ is taken on record. 4.

The directions contained in the order dated 29.07.2025 shall continue to apply in respect of the activities to be carried out by the petitioner at the aforesaid address.

The application stands disposed of.
