The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to the Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD") and other authorities to take action against the unauthorized construction being carried out at property being Harcharan Bagh, Andheriya Mor, Near DESU Colony, Ward No. 8, Mehrauli, New Delhi-110030.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he has instructions to withdraw the present writ petition. 3.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.1-MCD submits that Show Cause Notice with regard to the unauthorized construction in question has already been issued on 08th July, 2025.
