The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the CBI states that both the LOCs have been withdrawn by the CBI. Therefore, the present petition has become infructuous and the present petitions be disposed of being infructuous.

The issue regarding quashing of the FIR No. RCBD1/2020/E/0006 dated 06.10.2020 is pending before the Hon‟ble Supreme Court and proceedings therein have been stayed by the Hon‟ble Supreme Court. Considering the same, at this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to move a fresh application, as per law, in case any need so arises.

Accordingly, the present petitions stand dismissed as withdrawn. 4.
