% 17.02.2016 It is submitted by counsel for the parties that the dispute between the parties stand settled in the Mediation. A Settlement Agreement dated 21.12.2015 arrived at before the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre duly signed by the parties and their respective counsel as well as the learned Mediator is found on record. Counsel for the defendant submits that the payment in terms of settlement, stands paid to the plaintiff. The terms of the settlement appear to be fair, just and reasonable and there is no impediment in accepting the same.
