During the course of hearing, the limited grievance canvassed by learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner's complaint dated 23.12.2024 against Devsai Construction Private Limited (respondent no.2) filed with the Registrar of Companies (ROC), Delhi & Haryana (respondent no.1) be duly considered and decided in accordance with law. 4.

Let the said complaint be considered by the respondent no.1 in accordance with law and a suitable decision be taken thereon under intimation to the petitioner. Let the said exercise be completed as expeditiously as possible, and preferably within a period of three months from today. 5.
