The Petitioner, a convict in FIR No. 131/2010 dated 18th April, 2010, registered under Sections 394, 397, 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, at P.S. Pandav Nagar, seeks grant of first spell of furlough through the present Writ Petition.

The Petitioner's application for furlough remains pending before the competent authority, and he is aggrieved by their inaction and delay in considering his request.

Considering the above, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the Respondent to decide on the aforementioned application within ten days from the date of this order.
