Petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023/Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed to challenge the Order dated 05.06.2025 declaring the Petitioners „Absconders‟ in FIR No. 0297/2024 dated 31.12.2024.
