By way of the present application, the decree holder/applicant seeks leave to withdraw the petition as the parties have been able to reach an amicable settlement under the Scheme of 'Vivad se Vishwas II (Contractual Disputes)' of the Government of India, and further seeks liberty to approach the Court again, in case the obligations under the settlement are not fulfilled. 2.
For the reasons stated in the present application and in view of the above, leave and liberty, as prayed for, are granted and the petition is permitted to be withdrawn.
