This statement of the defendant is taken on record. In view of the pecuniary jurisdiction which has been detailed in the suit, this suit has to be transferred to the District Court.

Since the matter relates to the South-East District, the parties will appear before the learned District Judge South-East District, Saket Courts, New Delhi on 15.5.2017 who may either try the suit himself or assign the same to any other competent court.
