The present application is filed seeking bail in FIR No.126/2018 dated 12.03.2024, registered at police station Bhajanpura, for offence under Section 363 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

It is pointed out that the last prosecution witness has already been examined and the cross-examination is going on before the learned Trial Court. The trial has almost concluded. 3.

This Court, by order dated 13.02.2024 had granted opportunity to approach this Court and file an application afresh if the trial does not conclude within next six months. However, it cannot be denied that the trial has almost come to a fag end. 4.

This Court does not consider it apposite to entertain the present application at this stage.
