With the consent of parties, the present appeal is disposed of with a direction that Rs. 50 lakhs deposited by the Appellant along with accrued interest shall be withdrawn by Respondent No. 1-sister from the Registry of this Court subject to her furnishing a personal bond. The time for filing the written statement by the Appellant is extended by four weeks. 2.

The impugned order is varied to the aforesaid extent. 3.

Learned Single Judge is requested to decide the matter as expeditiously as possible preferably within one year. 4.

With the aforesaid directions, the present appeal along with pending application stands disposed of.
