2. In view of the detailed order passed yesterday i.e. 17th December in W.P.(C) 13283/2019 (ICICI Bank Ltd. v. Himanshu Srivastava and batch) the impugned orders of the DRT and DRAT are set aside and the Petitioner's OAs with the corresponding applications are directed to be listed before DRT-III, on 21st January, 2020 for disposal, in accordance in law as directed the aforementioned order.
