In view of the intimation sent to the complainant, Mr. Amit Nayyar, learned counsel is also present on behalf of the complainant via videoconferencing. Learned APP submits, that arguments on charge are going-on before the learned Trial Court.
After making some submissions, Mr. Piyush Sharma, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present bail petition, with liberty to file afresh for the same relief before the learned Trial Court, as he may be advised in accordance with law.
