Ms. Aakanksha Kaul, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.3/ NHAI submits that none had been appearing for the petitioner for the last many hearings.

This Court has perused the orders dated 24.05.2023 as also 27.09.2023, wherefrom it reflects that there has been no appearance on behalf of the petitioner.

Ms. Kaul also submits that the petitioner was also directed to place on record document pertaining to his ownership in terms of order dated 10.02.2023. The same has also not been filed. 4.

Be that as it may, there is no appearance even today on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is no more interested in pursuing with the present petition.
