The parties have arrived at a settlement and I have gone through the settlement. The settlement is legal and in order. 2.

The respondent has paid a sum of Rs. 9,80,000/- to the petitioner vide DD No. 055350 dated 01.02.2024 drawn on Punjab and Sind Bank. On this payment, the settlement stands fully complied with. 3.

Mr. Shandilya, learned counsel for the petitioner assures that the invoices will be raised and given to the respondent. 4.

In addition, on payment, there are no disputes pending between the parties.

Mr. Sanjay Kumar Sharma (AR of the respondent) and Mr. Shubham Sharma (AR of the petitioner) are both present in Court today and the order is passed with their consent and in their presence. 6.

The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
