The present petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers:

"i. initiate contempt proceedings against the contemnor for wilfully, knowingly and deliberately violating the judgment dated 23.02.2024 passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P. (C) No. 2711 of 2023 in total disregard to the dignity of this Hon'ble Court; And / Or;

ii. impose a fine on contemnor for such amount(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper for blatantly and deliberately violating the judgment dated 23.02.2024 passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P. (C) No. 2711 of 2023; And / Or; iii. pass an order against contemnor thereby imposing an adequate punishment as per Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971; And / Or;

deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of this case may also be granted against the contemnor."

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition on the ground that the judgment dated 23.02.2024 passed in W.P.(C) 2711/2023 has been complied with.
