% 21.02.2025 The matter is being listed on Office Note dated 19.02.2025, which draws attention to communication dated 14.02.2025 received from the learned Special Judge, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi. By way of communication dated 14.02.2025, the learned Special Judge has requested a further reasonable time of at least 03 months for compliance with order dated 06.08.2024 passed by the learned Predecessor Bench.

Vide order dated 06.08.2024, the learned Predecessor Bench had directed the learned trial court to complete recording the deposition of the 05 officials who were part of the raiding team, within a period of 05 months from the date of that order.

In view of the request received from the learned Special Judge, it is directed that the testimonies of the said 05 officials be completed within another 03 months from today.
