This application has been filed by the petitioner stating inter alia that the respondent no.2 has recently issued a circular dated 06.07.2018, which provides a platform for speedy redressal of the grievances of the Force personnel.

Learned counsel states on instructions that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present petition while reserving his right to approach the respondents for redressal of his grievances in terms of the circular dated 06.07.2018. He, however, states that in the event the respondents fail to redress his grievances then he may be granted liberty to seek revival of the writ petition. 3.

the respondents and states that she has no objection to the application being allowed.

The writ petition is disposed of as not pressed for the present along with the pending application. In the event, the petitioner's grievance is not redressed by the respondents on his approaching them in terms of the circular dated 06.07.2018, he shall be entitled to seek revival of the writ petition.
