This petition is filed seeking quashing of FIR No. 137/2021 PS Kalkaji under Sections 279/323/325/341 IPC on the basis of settlement arrived at between the parties on 24th June 2023, which is on record of this Court. 2.

Petitioner and respondent no. 2 (complainant) are present in Court and are duly identified by IO and the respective counsels. 3.

Respondent no.2/complainant admits having received the amounts stated in the settlement and further states that he has no objection to quashing of the FIR. He has also filed an affidavit to this effect on Court record. 4.
