It is noticed that on the last date, there was no appearance from the side of petitioner. It seems that petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present petition.

Mr. Bindra, learned Senior Counsel for respondents has drawn the attention of the Court to the observations recorded in order dated 06.12.2023. It is contended that since there was specific direction to the petitioner and since it seems that he is not interested in placing those documents on record, petitioner-society has, therefore, stopped appearing before this Court. 4.

Be that as it may, keeping in mind the fact that on the last date also, there was no appearance from the side petitioner, the petition is hereby dismissed in default and for non-prosecution. 5.
