This petition has been filed seeking quashing of FIR No. 287/2024 Under Section 354(A)/506/509 IPC PS Hauz Khas on the basis of settlement arrived at between the parties dated 5th August 2024, which is on record of this Court.

Petitioner and respondent no. 2 (complainant) are present in Court and are duly identified by IO.

Respondent no.2 states that she has no objection to the quashing of the FIR since they have resolved inter se disputes between them. 4.

Petitioner is present before this Court and undertakes that he shall not indulge in such activities, which give rise to any occasion for such allegations.

continuing with proceedings of the present FIR as it would be a misuse of the process of the Court and an unnecessary burden on the State exchequer. Accordingly, the petition is allowed.

Consequently, subject to payment of Rs.10,000/- with Delhi Police Welfare Fund within 3 weeks from now, FIR No. 287/2024 Under Section 354(A)/506/509 IPC PS Hauz Khas and proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Receipt of deposit of costs be filed along with an affidavit in that behalf within 2 weeks thereafter.

Parties shall abide by the terms of settlement. 8.

Petition stands disposed of accordingly along with the pending application.
